The optimal learning / creative experience is one that is in constant motion. It
flows, and becomes an entity that is directing its own creation. I am a conduit.
Creatively I can control the elements but the best outcome I find is usually one
that is enabled to follow its own course without forceful intervention. In this way,
specifically through my art, the form it takes becomes a deeper expression of certain
things I would perhaps otherwise not be aware of. They are allowed to unfold on the
edges of my awareness where I can then coerce them into view. Though I myself may not
know the exact reason for the developments of a piece, other than its adherence to
necessity, it becomes clearer the longer I behold it, as would a dream. , Lael
